Using WWW in domain?

Hello, just wondering if someone can tell me why now when i use my domain with www. my website goes to a holding page, but if i dont use www. it will load?
I have used www. and it has worked fine but today it doesnt?

Sounds like a DNS problem with the A records.

I'm sure darren or adam could help you sort it if you raise a ticket.

Hi Jack - as smo says it sounds like a DNS issue. If you can let us know your domain name we can check for sure.

If it is a DNS issue, it will just be a case of waiting for your ISP to update their DNS cache, which can take up to 24 hours in some instances. If you use a service like OpenDNS or Google DNS, however, this is often much faster.
