Default Virgin Media

Dear Users,

Some of you are having problems reaching your sites from your Virgin Media connection. This seems to be due to an issue with Virgin Media’s network and their connection to Level(3) (Level 3 Communications) which will mean that various other non-Tsohost websites are also unavailable for VM customers.

They should resolve the issue very shortly but, if problems persist, we may be able to engineer the traffic to use a different path.

If you have any queries don’t hesitate to contact support.

Im not sure if I should post this here, but Im having so much trouble accessing anywhere else, as Im one of the unfortunate Virgin Media customers.

Its 2:30 and so far theres no fix from Virgin and no response on their support newsgroups. Is there anything that can be done your end to at least allow me to access my email?

Regards

Martin

Unfortunately not at this time. There are measures we can take but, since the routing issue is out of our control (between VM and L3) any changes in our network announcements aren't guaranteed to rectify the problem.

If you are on our cPanel hosting, you can try our cPanel proxy at http://cpanel.tsohost.co.uk. If you are on our clustered hosting, try RoundCube Webmail :: Welcome to RoundCube Webmail. The subnets people are unable to access seems to vary as traffic takes a different path between VM and L3.

Thanks Adam, I knew it was probably impossible, and its certainly not your fault, but I thought I'd ask.

From customer reports and Virgin Media's forum, it seems the issue is now resolved:
